Boyer’s Best Pet Products is a wholesale distributor. You must have a retail storefront and a resale license to do business with us. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone. All new customers are subject to a credit check and must complete a credit application before an opening order can be delivered.

There is a $300 minimum order for free delivery. Any order that does not meet the minimum is subject to a $30.60 delivery fee. We also offer “Will Call”. “Will Call” orders must be placed twenty-four hours prior to scheduled pick up. The minimum order for Will Call is $100 and can be picked up at our warehouse. All orders are C.O.D. unless otherwise approved by Boyer’s Best Pet Products. Credit cards are accepted as a form of payment but will be subject to a processing fee. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Returns and order cancellations resulting from customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Boyer’s Best Pet Products recommends that you check in your order upon delivery with the Boyer’s Best delivery driver. Any discrepancies should be noted with the driver and Boyer’s Best Pet Products should be notified within twenty-four hours of the delivery. If applicable, a request for pickup and a credit will be issued which can be redeemed on a future order. Boyer’s Best Pet Products does not guarantee any sales.

Boyer’s Best Pet Products is happy to redeem manufacturer coupons. However, all coupons must have customer and product information completed for redemption. Please be sure to identify your store when turning in manufacturer coupons for redemption. Coupons may be mailed directly to Boyer’s Best Pet Products or you may give them to your Boyer’s Best Pet Products delivery driver. Upon receiving coupons, a credit memo or free product will be issued and redeemed on a future invoice.
